  This is my second time here. The first time our waitress cared more about this guy who obviously worked there and was off. She paid more attention to him than any other table.
  
  The waitress we have today, Christin, was very nice and sweet. She was patient with us while we were looking through the menu wondering what we should pig out on.
  
  She brought out warm syrup which is the first time I've been offered it and loved it. Warm syrup goes great with pancakes and hash browns. She also offered us drinks to go which I always enjoy.
  
  Christine was great! First waitress (forget name) sucked lol.
  
  All the prices are decent on what you get and portion size.

  We have given this IHOP multiple chances and every single time it's terrible.
  If I could give zero stars I would. It took almost two hours to get our app and drink refills. Our server completely ignored us and the manager was extremely rude. Food looked and tasted like it was left on the warmer for a long time and wasn't even hot (there were also multiple missing items). Also our said server had friends out in the dining area and he kept going to talk with them and have a good ole time while he ignores other tables.
  It wasn't busy at all what so ever
  I won't be back and I strongly recommend that no one wastes their time here.

  Really good service and good breakast. Snowed yesterday so maybe this made it less busy.  Easy to get a table right away today. Server was pleasant and professional. All food came up in a reasonable time and proper temps. All you can eat pancake promotion on. Everyone had food plus pancakes. Coffee in a container so you could have refills without waiting. Even when it is busy, it's worth the wait. Good family place. I will go back.

  Very slow, awful service.  There were a few nasty patrons in the restaurant but that doesn't mean that the waitress had to bring that energy to our table. Took forever to bring out an omelet that tasted microwaved and pancakes that felt like memory foam.  It was my first trip to an IHOP and definitely my last. Yuck. For a place named for pancakes, it was pretty surprising that they were the worst ones that I've ever eaten.

  So i got a breakfast plate and the cook couldn't even get my eggs right and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. My first time in a ihop and i really wasn't impressed.
